The deadline for submitting a preliminary application is July 8, 2011, applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list. To be eligible, applicants must own and live in a single family home within the City of Nicholasville for six months prior to applying. Owners of mobile homes are not eligible unless they have the same owner as the lot. See the Preliminary Application and Notice of Project below for additional program requirements.
